From the North (Piqua / Sidney)

  • Take I-75 South toward Dayton. 
  • Take Exit 74 for OH-41 toward Troy/Covington. 
  • Turn right onto W Main St (OH-41 W). 
  • Continue west for approximately 1.5 miles. 
  • The facility will be on your left (south side), shortly after passing the Nashville Rd intersection.

From the South (Tipp City / Dayton)

  • Take I-75 North toward Toledo. 
  • Take Exit 74 for OH-41 toward Troy/Covington. 
  • Turn left onto W Main St (OH-41 W). 
  • Follow W Main St west for about 1.6 miles. 
  • Troy Storage LLC will be located on your left.

From the East (Springfield / Casstown)

  • Take OH-41 West directly into Troy. 
  • Follow OH-41 as it turns into Main Street and heads through the downtown Troy Public Square. 
  • Continue heading west on Main Street, crossing over I-75. 
  • Drive approximately 1.5 miles west of the I-75 interchange. The destination will be on your left.

From the West (Covington / Greenville)

  • Take OH-41 East (Covington Pike) toward Troy. 
  • As you approach the outskirts of Troy, keep an eye out for Experiment Farm Rd. 
  • The facility is located on the right (south side) of the road, just before you reach the denser commercial areas and the I-75 interchange.
